Step 1: Create An Event
°Click "Create An Event"
Find the action button on the top right corner and start the event uploading process.
You will need to create an account first in order to upload and manage your Global Youth Climate Week event.
Step 2: Fill in Your Event Details
°Upload your event info
More information means more engagements!
Please fill in as much information as possible so potential attendees can learn more about your events ahead.
There are required and optional fields. You can save and continue to edit later; or preview your dedicated event page before publish.
There is a 3MB file size limit on the gallery section, please compress your image ahead and then upload. Thank you!
Step 3: Submit and Publish
°Ready, set, go!
You are one step away! Simply click “Submit Event” and you are all good to go. The system will automatically process your information and display them beautifully.
You may preview your event before submission to save your time.
Manage Your Event
°Personal Dashboard
You can manage your events in your personal dashboard via the menu. Simply edit and update your events information; or you can also unpublish and delete your event.
Get Connected
°Action Buttons
You have two action buttons available at the event page.
1. Click to send email to the event organizers.
2. Chat online by using Direct Message, the system will also notify you and the organizers when new messages arrive.
When hovering above your username at the menu bar, you can get access to your account dashboard, your events, and account details.
