Event Description
The UNEP-Tongji Institute of Environment for Sustainable Development (IESD) of Tongji University organized a seminar on wetland conservation and empowering women to address climate change. I was invited to share a case about my country, Guinea, from the perspective of mangrove conservation and how conserving them can help Guinea achieve some of its climate change goals. It'll be a dialogue between the youth and experts in the field, showing various cases. At the same time, women will be empowered to address climate change.
