Clothings have never been more accessible than ever. We make, buy, and dispose more than enough garments. Reduce our environmental footprint in daily life through responsible purchasing. Explore new solutions towards circular economy in the fashion sector.Under the umbrella of ‘Climate x’ Leadership Training Program 2023, Jade from the Universtiy of International Business and Economics and Zakia from Tsinghua have initiated this series of Net Zero Sustainable Fashion Workshops to raise the public awareness of climate issues in textile industry and share sustainable fashion knowledge to a broader audience.

    Jade(LIU Lu) is a Chinese postgraduate student of Translation and Interpretation, School of International Studies, University of International Business and Economics. She's active in international events volunteer work such as 2023 BRICS Women’s Leadership Forum and 2023 Beijing Sister City Youth Camp, BRICS+ Youth Exchange. She cares about the climate and has assisted two circular economy projects carried out in China under the umbrella of GIZ. Mst Zakia Sultana is from Bangladesh, pursuing her Doctor's degree at the Department of Chemical Engineering in the prestigious Tsinghua University. "We want to increase awareness of the climate change", she said when asked why join the 2023 Climate x Training Program and organize such events with Jade.
